commit to the grab. i know it sounds obvious but a lot of people are so worried about landing their spin that they just halfass their attempt to grab. when you pop and set, you have to think "i am going to grab no matter what." also, it helps to do some straight airs with the grab before you start spinning
This. Dont rush the grab, set the spin and go for the grab at 180. If it helps, do it a bunch of times and just focus on bringing your knees up a little bit more every time until you can eventually grab your ski
So I tried it today multiple times. The first time I overshot, so that sucked. The second time I got the grab at 180, but then I did't finish the rotation. resulting in death
Do what somome ^ already said. Don't try and go for the grab properly the first few times.
Build up your confidence by bringing it closer and closer each time. It should feel very smooth, even when you do it of a small jump and need to grab "quickly".
So i tried it again today, I noticed that I want to grab with my opposite hand. Only problem is that if I do It will get me of axis resulting in ghetto cork death.
