Replying to Question marks on content on homepage/throughout site

Dhane:
so on the upper left corner of every piece of content on the homepage there are question marks and whenever i scroll over not only the question mark, but the icon of the content as well, it tells me i can buy a ski trip or some new useless piece of overly colorful clothing. Im really not to sure if this is only on my computer, or if its some shitty new ad campaign by NS.

regardless, this is so annoying because the only way to actually view the content is to click the link below, as clicking the icon will re-direct you to skittle-kids-surplus.com or some equally stupid shit. also, when i hover over certain images it SCANS THE FUCKING THING AND TELLS ME TO BUY SHIT.

NS, if you are behind this. stop it. the homepage looks like some cheesy site that my royal nigerian cousin tries to get me to visit to reclaim my long-lost inheritance. aka, a spam site.

if you are not behind this, then why is this happening?
