Quality, low price jacket?

I would really like it if my jacket was 1-2 inches longer than it is now, and I'm about to lose all my money to a camera. What is a cheap, good quality jacket that looks good?

Buy a jacket that's on sale, you get a higher quality jacket for a lower price. departmentofgoods.com usually has good deals. or check out evo.com's outlet section. I bought a gore tex armada jacket for 50% off from backcountry.com's outlet section earlier this year.
