Fantasy Freeskiing Question

I currently have Henrik on my team and he obviously hasn't been doing very well. My question is should I keep him on my team and if not who do I pick up? I was debating between Jossi or Byron Wells if I did replace him.

I don't usually put henrik in my team unless there's a big air event. He tends to be pretty hit or miss in slope.

it depends how much he smokes before the event so there's really no way of knowing
