We've been looking all over the place for a reasonable 7 person house in Boulder and have really not found anything. We need to find a house for August 2014 - August 2015 and would love to live on the hill. If anyone is currently a CU student and knows of a house that would fit the ticket for us, send me a PM.
If you happen to find us a house that we end up choosing, I'll hook you up with something that will be well worth your time!

Whats your price range? I literally just spent 2 minutes on craigslist and found over ten houses. They might be too expensive for yall though.

I think his idea of "reasonable" is unreasonable for Boulder, and he wants on the hill too..

Ya, we've searched extensively through craigslist, rentinboulder, housesonthehill and all other websites. We're looking to pay on average around 850 per person. The reason I made this thread is to potentially find hidden gems that aren't listed on craigslist right now. I know that sounds a little weird but that's exactly how we found the house that we're currently living in.

You should look into getting a 4 person and 3 person apartments in the same house/complex. I know many places on the hill that do this. You can find some decent places for 850 rent, but with utilities (heat, electricity, water, trash, cable, internet), it will likely be around 950 per person. If you pay less than 800, you will probably live in an absolute shithole if your on the hill (there are exceptions), but you can find a pretty nice place for that price elsewhere in town (goss/grove for example). Look around, it may take a while.
