Just got back from a pickup soccer game and my knee is fucked.
I was going for the ball trying to sweep my left leg around for the ball, cleat snagged the turf and my body followed. All my weight went onto my knee, felt and heard a pop, went down, and immense pain.
I've got pain pretty much all around the knee except for the top right of it.
