Is half pipe skiing harder than slopestyle?

I can barely make it up the wall in the halfpipe. So I say halfpipe.

There are more slope jumps than pipes, so I'd say, at a competition level, Pipe.

If the pipe is in the east yes its way harder and is a tube of icy death unless its in the spring

My kid does both. He says half pipe is harder cuz "when you launch a trick out of the pipe, 3 things can happen...and 2 of them are bad." Both pipe & slope are really difficult, but there seems to be a larger margin for error in slope cuz you have a larger landing area, so slope might be slightly safer.

Both aspects are crowded with amazing athletes doing almost impossible tricks. But, pipe is always icy so my vote goes to half pipe.

pipe. you have to know haw to rail a carve on ice...which half of you park rat shmucks dont know how to do.
