Anyone know how to upload videos from computer to phone?

Ive got a macbook & an phone 4 I cant figure out how to get videos on my phone, Ive watched a bunch of youtube tutorials and nothing has worked. When I try to save the video to the folder thats linked to my itunes it just doesnt work.
How do you guys do it?

Your phone has internet..... pull up the video and use a youtube downloader on your phone. Not fuckin rocket science

you can use imessage from your computer send it to yourself then save it to your camera roll on your phone. thats how i do it.

DROPBOX! You can transfer videos and files from you computer to your phone and vise versa, such a good app.

If you want it to be an actual video you have in your pre-downloaded Videos app, you have to convert the file into itunes format, and from there sync it with your iphone. Download videora ipod converter, and then convert the videos you want. Drag and drop the new files into iTunes, then sync it with your phone. voila
