i just got new boots today, and one of the bindings won't work. the heelpiece comes up but the part that clamps on just goes down past the heel of the boot. wtf?
Pics would help. But its very likely that the new boots you got have a different BSL. If that is the case you are going to have to bring your skis to a shop and have them re-adjusted to your new boots.
Have you had the bindings adjusted for the new boots yet? It sounds like they were set differntly and one was tighter then the other. You need the forward pressure resetting. Take them to the shop which fitted your boots and they should do it for free.
idk i bought the skis without asking what size boots they're mounted for. derp. the left one stays in no problem, there's just a little up and down travel in the heel
looks like you have enough room in that heel piece to move them to fit your boot. just adjust the screws on the top of each of those arms until it moves forward enough to fit over the boot. However, I'd suggest taking them into a shop to have done if you're not that experienced with an FKS.
