Mountin AR7s

I got some ar7s and I was thinking about center mounting them. I've heard mixed advice though. Will centering mess up how they ski and feel? Would I just e better off with factory recommended? Any past experience with ar7's?

not getting on your case at all but this has come up many times cause it's a popular (and awesome) ski, so here's a google search for site:newschoolers.com ar7 mount (NS's own searchbar sorta sucks, no offense admins, you guys kill it, no need to reinvent the wheel)

one more thing..don't over think it or worry about your decision.. they'll be great either way and the biggest difference will probably be the mental effect!

I have AR7s and I have them center mounted and love them. They are a park ski so I think they are made to be centered. If your not going to ski park have them factory centered. But if you do park Id say center them.

Most of the Armada teams rides them at -2.5 Tanner rides them at -1 to -1.5 and a couple team riders mount em at dead center

I mounted mine at -2.5 and they are great in the park. I really think it all comes down to preference

For me, I really don't notice a difference until you go back over 3 cm factory recommended will not feel significantly different from center mount.
