I can confirm from CT, MA, and upper VT...... this blows.


Left school in CT where it was 45+ degrees, went to Jay Peak where it was pouring rain and 50 degrees, now I'm back home in MA where it is still raining and 50 degrees.


GOD DAMNIT.

Was working today. Off and on rain. We ended up setting up some cool features for the few people that were there in honor of World Snowboard day.

It sucks though we were doing so well and just started to think of what the next step for the park would be for the holiday break and now we will probably be back to what we started with. Hopefully we can pull everything out of the park and just blow a lot of snow.

this warm up was a lot worse than i thought. All the snow in my yard is gone but my mountain somehow opened up 100% during this so props to peek n peak...making snow tomorrow too! woop woop

It was glorious yesterday, I was driving around with my windows down lime it was spring or something.

Going surfing tomorrow, still gonna be sort of warm, then it's supposed to cool down. Maybe we'll have snow on christmas for once?

Was in Vermont Friday, Saturday, and this morning. Now I'm down in New Jersey.

Skiing was actually kind of fun on Saturday, soft and springy, although the rain kinda fucked with it. What I really can't believe is that there was the most insane ice storm ever in VT last night (which I drove through this morning) and now I'm in 70 degree New Jersey. Climate change like a muh'fucka

reporting live from central mass, saturday and sunday were sick, today was not it was a legitimate shert of ice going down the park. such a bummer because before this weekend the conditions were fucking prime, best early season snow i can remember

Here at Upstate NY, Im just grateful for last weekend. Sick to have some pow turns in mid December, its been a while since thats happened. Despite this crazy weather the last couple of days, in optimistic for this season to be a good one.... As long as it isnt like last season.

Honestly this is working out well for me. When it's cold and snowy, I ski. When it's warm and rainy, I surf, and the waves are good as a bonus when a storm comes. I can't lose.

The snow is the way it is. I'm just glad we "fingers crossed, knock on wood" got through the january thaw and there is snow on the horizon. Its the east man, our snow couldn't be any better, just less shitty.

It was a dope start to the season here in Nova Scotia. Got some all natural tree skiing in before the new year, which is an absolute anomaly. Unfortunately it's gone to shit these past two weeks with temps ~5 Celsius and tons of rain.
