What the fuck Jiberish

Recently i've seen that Jiberish did a collab with Railcar Fine Goods, which i think is sick. Seeing them do a collab with an old fashion wool company is good, especially with them switching it up with all these companies and doing more collabs outside of the ski industry. I still like them as a company because of their fine products, even though it's expensive but i always 1-2 products by them every year..

At any rate, I'm sorry but i understand how vintage these jeans must be but seriously $200? I just do not see how anything could ever been that expensive and still make a profit overtime, let alone sell at all.


Also what the fuck, a $400 jacket? No offense but you guys are some Versace, Tom Ford, etc.

I know you guys sacrifice more for what you want to do then the actual profit, I've emailed you guys about your structure at Jiberish, it makes sense but its crazy right now.

You guys are an amazing company but this just seems so expensive.

Yeah I know, and I understand your sarcasm, I just know that all the Jiberish guys could care less about the hate because they are still a successful brand even if people don't like the direction they are headed in.

Not even though, kids spend hundreds on saga every season when they could buy snow pants and a jacket for much less, I don't hate on that as I've done it too, but there is no reason to hate on kids who spend a lot of money on something they wear everyday.

na sorry, still don't agree. I would never spend a large amount of money on snow pants but at least your getting a product that is waterproof and warm, what benefits do you receive from spending hundreds on denim? Jeans are still fucking jeans I wear them logging everyday and you're trying to justify spending hundreds on denim? to each his own i suppose, i think it's laughable though

Who cares. Some people want high priced fancy shit, and in any area of living you can imagine. Some people couldn't care less. I am way in to coffee. I spent $100 on a conical burr grinder and that's really an entry level cheapie. Most people would be like omg wtf is a conical burr. Then other coffee enthusiasts would laugh at my pathetic low quality purchase. Some people spend their dough on clothes, or furniture, some people take their Subaru to an aftermarket tuning specialist. People have to feel rewarded for living a lifetime of eternal slavery. Then you've got people that have shit loads of money, and don't really sweat it or have to show off anything. They usually live (and dress) modestly and save and continue to work hard since those attributes got them the big bucks in the first place. While you have one nice expensive suit and think you're suddenly the shizzle my nizzle. Judging other people is like trying to take a piss in the wind. You will never successfully analyze another Human without a true and intimate knowledge of their Soul and essence. Hardly is it based on anything else. Who cares what people spend their hard earned on. Humans spend so much energy and focus on the negative, judgmental, egotistical mindset instead of enjoying and praising such abundance and blessings. I only really buy Levi's, and I see them as good enough. They aren't to expensive say compared to true religion, Jiberish, railcar, etc. But they are much better than anything under $50. I don't care that much about working in them, getting them dirty, and abusing them because they aren't super expensive. They work for me.

That's not to say that there isn't a good size market for people who will gladly pay upwards of $200 for a pair of jeans. I don't really get it, but its the same as buying Jiberish sweatshirts when there is a cheaper alternative. We are pretty much paying for the name here. The durability and materials are there, but in the end the name is what  we are buying. It's the same thing with Railcar jeans, and other high end companies.

The point is, why hate? Sure it doesn't really make sense but to people who care that much about how they look and want to spend $200 on a pair of pants, more power to them. I don't really get it, but in the end who cares?
