Replying to Good outerwear brands/pants?

Hey guys, I've been a bit out the loop in terms of skiing for the past couple years (moved to AZ) but now am moving back to CO. I figured christmas is as good a time as any to upgrade my old First Drop clown pants and am looking for something a bit more neutral in terms of baggy/slim. Any decent suggestions on what brands/pants to look at? I'm willing to spend a fair amount of money if it means they will last a long time and keep me warm. Thanks for the help.
