Burton Red Hi-fi audio helmet???

Whats the deal with this bucket?? I'll test tomorrow to see how the headphones sounds, anyone tried or have it?? Anyone like it?, have an opinion?? Im debating if I like the shape of it on my head too. Such an awesome idea though, especially the mute button on the side of the helmet so you dont have to reach in your jacket everytime to talk to someone.

yo man i took a huge bail last year, overshot the landing and slammed the back of my head with my hi fi on and it saved me from a major concussion. There just as save as anyother helmet out there like a giro 9.

i tried mine for the first time yesterday it worked good it fit me prity well as far as the head phones go and the sound quality was prity good and with the headphoines u ears stay super warm and the button to mute on side of head phones is so key

what happined to drugs, sex, & rock and roll...now adays we have aids crack and techno.......

Maybe I got a defect but either way the helmet dimpled on the outside and cracked all the way through the foam on the inside, and what I hit was spring slush. I'll take a pic if you need to see it to believe it.

i cut a hole in the back of my helmet and put headphones in the earflap thingys. i need a longer set of phones though because they dont fit at all. id have

i dont know about you people but i have problems focusing when music is played through headphones.....i gotta have it being played through speekers in the park or something. its weird

Yeah, listening to music is sort of distracting. I like to hear all the rail sounds and snow sounds, for that authentic feel! Rather then being in a game haha.

^yeah dude...when i hear the snow sound it helps my skiing so much... i gotta hear surroundings. also i dont feel the snow on my skis very well....without sound it messes it up.even when im on rails i gotta hear the sound beecause it reflects how well itll slide sometimes like you can tell if its sticky or if the snow is bad
