Honestly surprised this thread has not been made yet.
Yesterday Casey Veggies and Rockie Fresh dropped their colab mixtape, Fresh Veggies. I personally think this Mix is straight fire but I have friends who disagree.

If you like that MMG, money, and hoes rap give this a listen. Hopefully it will not disappoint!

Fuck this, I thought this was about frozen v canned v fresh vegetables.

Regardless of the actual topic, I like fresh vegetables, call me an elitist, but they're just so much more delicious!

I also like fresh over canned, but sometimes the price is prohibitive. I find that i you're eating them raw-- fresh. If you're cooking--used frozen or canned, although this may seem obvious, I think far too many people waste fresh veggies when baking a casserole, for instance. I use frozen spinach.

canned veggies should only be bought/used for the apocalypse. never cook with canned veggies (although french beans are bomb)--go frozen at least if not fresh.

i fuckin love fresh peppers so damn tasty. and when you make your own hummus to go with it. of course i have to use canned chickpeas to make it but it still tastes fresher than a lot of store bought stuff.
