How Should I Kill My Boss?

So I am a ski instructor at my local mountain of Yawgoo Valley, and me and my friend are the only park skiers that teach. My boss is stuck in the 80s with mogul skiing and making perfect turns. Now I'm sitting in a instructor meeting as we are talking about the dress code and what to wear while we are instructing. My friend and I are wearing our FD Wear, and my boss made us stand up to make us an example of what not to be. His quote was "You see these two? We do not want people here to think this is ok. We do not want the students to try park at all." Now I know most of you might of said something but I wasn't looking to get fired. So my question for you is A) What should I say to my boss? or B)How should I kill my boss for being so ignorant?

Well you are jealous of me for being more hated than you on here skiierman so I don't know where this is coming from...  But lets be honest if I was a 29 year old fuckup still working on my bachelors degree I'd probably call strangers on the web bitches too to make myself feel like less of one.

look in all reality OP is prob just mad butthurt, maybe we arent hearing all the details of why he wants to kill his boss, maybe he was having a bad day, blogs exist for a reason, so people can vent, and yes most of those bloggers are vaginas, but no hate, i completely understand op, sometimes i too want to strangle the living fuck out of my AP lit teacher.

This is where i start to not believe this series of events actually happened.

4) you supposedly get up to answer the door to find something, or someone, that startles you. Even to the point of shouting out loud a profanity.

Then you have the wherewithal and time to return to your computer and finish your post by telling us that something startled you.

Just doesnt add up. Calm me crazy but i think you made the whole thing up just so you could have a clever post.

Oh so many things wrong with this post including the age aspect but at the core of it, I moved away from my home state 7 years ago and I have yet to tuck my dick and balls inbetween my legs only to return to them as a defeated and pathetic child.

U-oh! El_Detectivo Barto is on me! Besides the fact that you just busted down my door, and pretend to be just a "normal" NS'er to actually be the hidden internet police really pisses me off!
Here was i on my Mobile NS trying to be helpfull to other people that hate their bosses... But nooooooo guess who the fuck decided to fuck that party up??? Yes indeed it was El_Barto!
He then proceeded to throw me in jail so he and fellow inmates can rape me everyday, and fuck in hell guys... this thought process bothers me, although yes, your boss was being ignorant, "perfect turns" is not being stuck in the 80s, neither is mogul skiing. A ton of the best pros with style all have backgrounds in moguls, and learning proper turns, not just sliding around on your tails in the park.

I feel your pain man, I left my home mountain because the ski school director was a self centered hypocritic ass. So here is my short story.

In 2010, I got my level 1 CSIA by recommendation from my parents. Years before I completed freeskiing 1 (PNCE) and coached for a season with the acrobatic team I used to be a part of. I was the guy that had the most park experience and my goal was the park and pipe certification to be able to teach my love. But I got fucked by the CSIA, lost bunch of money, and talked to the director for a reexamination. He promised me the world. Every week I would ask and he would put it off... for 2 years!
I make an agreement with the guy that I will volunteer with larger groups and save your asses when an instructor flakes out. In exchange, he will ski with me and help me learn hoe the Alliance wants me to ski. He agreed.
The first year, I did 10 hrs of volunteer work. I would receive a panic call at 8am most of the time asking me to come in for a school. I did enjoy giving the lessons, but my love still was the park. After the course, both director were gone. Every time I asked for a ride, they were "too busy" with the director's pets.

The next year I did 6, I began to refuse the groups given to me in advance, but they never caught on. This time I had a strategy. I started a park team from interested skiers and our group grew to 10 riders. I even had adults asking for mogul tricks and clinics as well and how to jump or show a kid how to do a rail. Some of the guys got their park certification, but constantly get denied to give park courses by the ski school. I told everyone I was leaving the next year. My 2 year goal was not achieved. In 2012, with only a quick thanks from the co-director, I packed my gear and went West.

Last I heard, only 2 of the crew is left. The best guys all left the school to work at better, nearby centers. The school was disorganized and the director now got promoted to the center director.

Just skiing moguls is so damn fun. The way mogul skiing is run and governed is wack as fuck, and slope/pipe is shifting towards that way as well now. Having to be apart of a team and having a coach as a requirement for an individual sport is just ridiculous. That's why being stuck in the "80s" with mogul coaches and turns is lame, kills the fun/creativity. But yes learning to properly turn is very important, but does not need to be learned in a mogul program.

I work with OP and we dont teach in our FD/saga/jiberish. We have redcoats which we all buy and have always worn during out lessons. The meeting he was talking about was the one of the first days of the mountain being open and he was out freeskiing and came in for the meeting just about the start of the year. with the other 100+ teachers. During the middle of the meeting he told him to stand up and say not to wear this during teaching, which we never had. WE WERE ALSO TOLD WE COULD NEVER EVER WEAR OUR REDCOATS WHILE IN THE TERRAIN PARK.
Secondly did you guys actually email yawgoo because thats seriously a dick move. We should all support each other on newschoolers.

Thank you! and no i have not been fired. And believe it or not since the time someone emailed them last week, i have recieved double the lessons than i usually get. The point of the thread was not so someone could go off and fuck me in the ass, dont understand how that came about. And yes im being supper butthurt but only because now my job could be on the line because i just tried to make a stupid thread.
