The foam, strap and frame are in great condition. The Dark grey is probably an 8/10 - some scratches on the outer lens, but nothing that affects visibility while wearing. The HI Persimmon is probably a 6.9/10 mostly due to some smudging on the inner lens. The smudging never bothered me, but if your easily annoyed by lens imperfections it probably will, which is why I rated it so low.
