I do basically. I mainly use it for my camera with an extra lens and mini tripod. I'll also often carry a small (moleskin sized) notebook or a novel. Occasionally a water bottle.

2. if you didn't notice, nature valley bars don't need to be kept ice cold. it's hard to take an "on-the-go" snack with you that needs to be kept at frozen temperatures.

I don't give a shit what other people do. I made a statement making people aware about Nature Valley because they are so popular. Then, I got called out on it, so I explained. That is what the forum is for. A year ago to date I would of munched on nature valley bars without knowing I might as well be eating chips ahoy. My goal was awareness. There are so many other options that are as cheap or cheaper. Other companies that aren't major corpations who pinch pennies that effect your health. So like I said a few post back, eat whatever you want. The info is out there. With the name Illuminati and you don't appreciate awareness???

The problems with gmos is not that they harm humans. The problem is that they can cause environmental problems. I feel it's also a bit of a moral issue as well

Well that too, but I think that modifying any type of living organism is kinda fucked up. Leave things the way as nature intended. As an example Monsanto modified corn to require their fertilizer for it to grow. It seems fucked up me and that's why I would consider it a moral issue
