Bottle company's response to an awful customer.

This woman apparently spent all weekend and wasted tons of time trying to get some bottle from this company. She wrote on their Facebook page and the Co-Founder/COO responded.

Also, from investigating on their facebook page, it seems that since that picture went viral, their order volume, fb likes, etc has increased a lot. Thats awesome.
