Was gonna say it seemed kinda mean to rabbits and snakes, though I guess it's a bit less mean(depending how you look at it) that he let them go.

so he tied boar small intestines to his feet in order to catch a large lizard with razor sharp claws and teeth. If that's not enough a bite from one of these causes an infection because of the amount of bacteria in the monitor's mouth. hmmmmm
