I can't offer you an unbiased opinion but I thought since nobody has answered it might be helpful to highlight the differences in the skis.
The Rockwell is a 5dim ski. It has 10mm of taper, a tight sidecut (~12m on the 175) and because of this it has plenty of reverse sidecut in the tips. The sidecut is super cranky and reactive and the shape brings the widest part of the ski closer to the bott which makes the ski very easy and agile in pow. Both skis have camber under foot and rocker in the tips for added floatation and easier butters, but the Rockwell's reverse camber is deffinitely less.
The Surface One Time is a true twin so it will be harder work in powder but has advantages when riding switch. It has a longer sidecut and a longer effective edge as the sidecut looks like it runs almost the whole length of the ski. It's definitely a cruisier shape.
We get a lot of positive feedback from the Rockwell from park and all-mountain skiers, most people really dig the shape but it definitely suits skiers who shred the whole of the mountain rather than just the park, that said a lot of our team riders enjoy the Rockwell in the park too.
I hope that helps you make a decision without being a sales pitch. They're very different skis despite having similar waist widths.
