Vans vs other shoes

Lookin for a lightwieght comfy shoe like vans that lasts more than a couple months. I have gone through vans like crazy because I started skating to my classes. Anything else similar in look? that are made with by sweaty indonesian and Chinese children.

Lakai shoes are by far the highest quality skate shoe I've been able to find at a reasonable price. Most of the time the chain stores will have really good deals on them
