quads, 1980 and beyond. Sure style and form will come into play like always, but skiing is limitless. Fucking infinity and beyond. .. I mean this recently happened did it not?
there are so many different spinning axis people have not expolored completely even with singles, let alone doubles, or dare i say triples. combine that with all the different grabs, maybe some ones nobody has even done yet, some shifties, shuffles, tweaks, screamin seamens, and so on, and you realize that there's a lot left to be discovered in skiing.
think of henrik's "lobster flips." what about a triple lobster? a lobster 14? switch lobster? what about bio? what about switch bio (see paul bergeron)? what about even switch double corks? nobody has done much more than switch dub 12's. switch mistys?
paraphrasing rodney mullen. we don't think a lot of these things are possible because people haven't done them. well all it takes is one person. we don't need to see how it's done, we just need to know that it can be done.
i personally am waiting on the nicky-keefer-esque method, shiftied double corks. who will bring em to the table? nicky?
