next time, spray some WD40 in the locks before you head out. I spray mine at the start of the season and never froze once. Try a lighter if you need a quick fix?
Auto parts stores or walmart type places will sell some stuff in a can that looks like wd40 but is specifically for de icing locks. Not sure what its called but google can probably tell you.
If you need to get it open heat up your key with a lighter then insert it and itll melt the ice. But look for a more permanent solution after that like other people here are suggesting
WD-40 is not a particularly good solution, as it can still freeze in very cold temps. If you want to un-stick your locks, On a warmer day when they are working alright you want to spray in some graphite. The stuff is made specifically for applications where extreme temps are an issue (hot or cold). Warning though, the shit is messy as fuck and will stain your clothes so be careful with it.
