They are pretty sharp. Those steak knives hes always giving away? One slice and that piece of meat is SLICED. And the filet knife is nice and bendy to cut tomato skins off for fun. I can't cut paper though, I might not be using Chef Tony's miracle paper. They are pretty good for fourty dollars. Made in China too, for that authentic Asian feel when using the Rock n Chop (not really).
