Best ski poles?

I have 2012 scott poles that i shortened and called em park poles but when i shorted em it was getting close to the end of the year and i was not skiing powder and big mountain. Now its starting to snow and i have all ready has 3 powder days and IT SUCKS having short strapless park pole in those kind of conditions. Any help?

just get something cheap with a good grip im sure ur local shop can hook u up
