I went out and got an M-audio axiom 49 first gen midi controller off craigslist this summer. I'm trying to just play around with it on Garage band for the time being but my macbook wont recognize that i have the controller plugged in.
It's class compliant, so theres nothing i need to download to play it, i should be able to just plug it in and go via usb. the controller turns on and everything, but it wont send data to my macbook.
Has anyone run into this problem before? or is this midi controller just trash?
