Replying to Skiing has changed...

For me skiing has changed in a bad way now that I have gotten older...maybe I am just unlucky or maybe other people can relate but here is what has happened. Back when I was in middle school and the earlier years of high school everyone loved skiing and snowboarding and thats what everyone did on weekends despite living in Ohio and skiing on 200ft "mountains", but still it was a thing that everyone loved doing. But now I am in college and nobody from my university skis or snowboards and none of my old friends from high school do it anymore, it seems like I'm the only one who loves doing it still. Now I go ski usually with just one other person if I am lucky and I see that all the people skiing at my hill are just young kids and annoying 12 years olds who I have no desire to ski with. The people who I used to look up to while skiing like the park crew people are now all younger than me and it just doesn't seem the same. Maybe I am just unlucky or maybe it's just the nature of the area I live in. Hope to move out west after college and live near people who actually like to go skiing...
