just because you don't feel pain doesn't mean your injury has healed man. I think thats one of the biggest deceptive qualities of acl/mcl injuries.
if it still hurts in the boot on the lift up but not while actually skiing then you're still injured and your body is doing its best to try to complete the healing process under harder circumstance due to the restricted blood flow in your boot.
just chill out and let your ankle fully heal. You'll be much happier missing out on a few days of skiing because of a bum ankle as opposed to getting injured again, and fucking your foot for the season.
