No snow and skiing

I live in eastern Washington and it's 12 degrees but we have no snow any ideas for skiing without snow?
What works best IE plastic fencing, Turf Etc.

Construction fence, like the orange stuff, but you won't have a lot of control on it.

Astro turf is also good if you put water soap, but the soap can fuck with grass if you put it on a lawn. Or come to Calgary, it's -20C (-4F) and I have snow coming out my butthole there's so much of it :)

if its cold enough and you have mist setting on your hose you might be able to make homemade snow. i have absolutely no ida what im talking about ho so yeah. good luck
