Ehoto true to sizing?

I'm lookin at one of ehotos last year hoodies and it says an x+Xl is 32 inches. From my collarbone that's almost mid thigh which is perfect for me. I'm like 5'11". Are they true to size? Sorry for the dumb thread but I'm just making sure. Peace

They are true to size but I did find the sleeves to be too short. For the XL the sleeves are much shorter than my other XL hoodies. Length is good tho
