I know this isn't the usual post on M&A, but I am pretty interested in designing skis just for fun, and I was wondering what program would allow me to draw up the dimensions, shapes, and profiles, in three dimensions. I was looking at Adobe Illustrator, but I am not sure if that goes 3D? What do you guys think?
there actually is a program for mocking up skis/boards, you would enter the dimensions and it would make a diagram, calculate exact side cut, etc. Pretty simple program, forgetting what it was called though. Had it on a laptop like 4 years ago.
as far as i can tell, its not available for download anymore. i tried the main dl site a while ago and it didnt work, and all the other sites i found it on weren't working either.
if anybody has a link for a working version it would be greatly appreciated
