Shrunken Liners

I heat molded my liners(rice sock method) and I am gettin a little wiggle up front. Do yall know any ways to reverse this?

what is the rice sock method?

 if it is what I think it is, then packing hot rice into your liners is going to cause them to expand into the shape of the hot rice sock and if you dont get the boots hot enough the liner wont fully expand before you put your foot in to actually mold it.

I would recommend the oven method before the hot rice sock method

or, you know, you could just go to a shop and do it

OP did mould it and now he says it's too roomy. He wants to reverse what he did. I think using a heat stack/liner toaster or whatever it is and re-moulding would worsen his problem. The only thing he could do is shimming under his footbeds or something to take up space.
