How serious is porn addiction? I mean it definitely takes productive time away from your day, and I'd believe in problems like ED and such but then again if you don't use it you lose it so whatever. Do you think it would be best to abstain from porn and 'bating so you turn into a raging bull or rapey mcsloth that wants to fuck anything that is alive whether it's willing or not?

I stumbled upon this just before school started, and figured I would give it a try...

Sure it can be tough like no other, having those times where you just want to stick your dick in anything. But I managed to go 90+ days without fapping (never realized when I started, only have an estimation). Ironically I "gave in" two days ago just to see what it was like again/if I would notice a difference, but I'm back to no fapping for good.

After going 90+ days I've noticed a lot of benefits. More energy, more confidence, and more overall personally happiness/well being. I stopped thinking of girls so sexually, (trust me, it's not like I wouldn't think of them in the sack) but I wouldn't be thinking/worried about that if I was to approach a hot girl. I would be more focused on the personal level and connecting with her then being hot and putting my wee wee in her pee pee. My mind was clean of all the "fantasizing" of hot girls in bed, which pron and masturbation does to you. Even if you don't think of it on the surface, your subconscious begins to focus on that which makes you loose confidence because that's what you'll end up thinking about as you approach a girl. These girls you may try to approach become more of objects then real humans, and you begin to think of them as something other. I thought this was a ton of BS, but I realize now that it's actually true, it's all subconscious.

Anyway, I've rambled wayyyy too much.. if you have specific questions feel free to ask me. I'd check out the nofap subreddit and read a bit there, it was quite interesting checking it out at first.
