Time for some new goggles - M2's, Doom, I/OX, ???

Hey guys, so it's time for me to get some new goggles. I was looking through the multitudes of options and know I'd like one of the quick release lens models, along with a large field of view.

The two models that really intrigued me were the Anon M2's and the Spy Doom goggles. I looked quite a bit for some good user reviews, but was unable to come across anything really substantial or helpful. Would love it if anybody had some information regarding the FoV, fogging, yada yada. I've only ever used Oakley goggles/sunglasses so would also like to know lens quality and all that jazz, as I'm unfamiliar with the quality of many other optics brands.

I also know that the I/OX is a great goggle, and it'd be thrown into the mix. I tried them on once before and remember thinking they felt odd on my face, but I could be wrong there. If there are any other quick release lens goggles, that are larger and give a bigger field of view that I should also consider let me know. I've already tried on the Oakley Airbrakes and know that I'm not a fan.

I'm gonna try to get into a shop to try the goggles on, but living in Iowa makes that damn near impossible. We'll see what I can find though, thanks in advance for any help guys.

Wow, read it all. They sound incredible. The price doesn't concern me that much, as the goggles are basically my one Christmas gift this year.

You mention the I/OX, have you tried the normal I/O? I have those, they have an awesome field of view, and arent quite as big on your face (might be why the I/OX feels weird to you). Also swapping lenses is the easiest, fastest thing ever on or off the mountain

Hm, I'll try em on at least. No harm in trying everything haha. I feel like my splices I currently have are a little small, and find larger goggles pretty comfortablr normally. I have a gargantuan head. Getting away from my splices as my field of vision with them is awful. Something with my face structure changed from when I was a senior in high school to a senior in college for sure. They used to have great fov, and now it literally blocks the entire bottom half of what I can see. If I want to see the ground do ahead of me, I nearly have to look Down. No bueno. Anyway, anybody else have any opinions on these or any other goggles worth trying?

Murdered out M2s without a doubt if you can afford em. Tried some out at the ski shop the other day and they were sicccckkkkk

Got the M2's for this season, they are amazing! The fastest lens switch ever, and they feel great. Some people had concerns about losing the lens if you crash hard enough, but the magnets are strong enough to hold on for some pretty severe bails (trust me). Go for the M2's they are sweet.

The M2 is really sick. Same with the doom. So tempted to pick either up, but I do not need more gear.

i wore the m2's for a while at work cause i had nothing to do holy shit, m favorite goggle i have ever worn, they are so comfortable, and they have an awesome feild of view! get'em they're worth the money

Was just gonna come here and post. I was surprised, the bigger sports store near me stocked high end goggles from brands other than Oakley and Smith this year. One of which was the m2, so got to try on several pairs. I put the m2s on and good god almighty. Most comfortable gogs I've ever worn.... plus the field of view is incredible. I know in this goggle I want to get the red/black colorway, which was what they had in the store. However is there any option online to purchase that color with the black lens? They didn't have it in the store. Red solex is great and all, but I definitely prefer the look, and visuals through a black type lens
