Outerwear for a girl?

A friend wants me to find her some new outerwear. She's looking for something pretty good quality rather than cheap. Any advice on where to look? I've checked out a lot of the big online shops but looking for more small companies, little more unique maybe.

From my experience, the girls that I worked with at a ski shop loved womens orage gear. They said it had a good fit and all that type of jazz.

The new Armada stuff is awesome, besides that, Trew, Orage, Oakley... Nice to see the chicks are getting real outerwear now instead of just something for looks
