Replying to PATRIOT ACT

If anybody has written a paper about the patriot act, knows someone who has written a paper on the patriot act or has any kind of access to a paper on the patriot act please god post it here or pm it to me. Please. If anyone says "you should write it yourself" your not helping the cause and believe me I would under different circumstances. Hopefully this reaches someone out there that is willing to help out a overwhelmed student in need. Cheers.
