First of all, he had the skis for preorder for less than two months. Second of all, instead of talking about how he should've planned better and all that, if you think you could do things a lot better, why don't you go try and start a successful ski company, and we'll see how well you'll do out there. In my opinion, like with most things, if you haven't tried it for yourself, you don't know half of what goes into it.
Also, from the stoke that people are giving out in this thread, and in the OP itself, it's obvious that his new company isn't catering to people like you, as you haven't bought a pair. And no one that actually bought the ski seems to mind so much, and they're just thrilled that the company's keeping them up to date by calling each and everyone of them. So why do you even care if you have nothing invested in this?
