Black Diamond Factor?

Any one ski these as their touring boot? Looking at the 2012 factor 130. I ski the Lange RX 130's now but i am planning on doing more skinning this winter than i have in the past. I love my langes and don't need to replace them but think i need a touring boot as i will be doing a 16 day backcountry tour in january. I ski black diamond zealots with market dukes in the BC. Just wondering if these boots are enough that i won't over ski them and the walk mode is enough that i will enjoy them for the uphill? They are only like $350 online right now so they seem like they would be an affordable second boot. I'm 5'9 160 LBs.

My buddy skis em...love em...says they perform like any alpine boot...it's close to a 130 for sure
