Jiberish issues....hackerz???

I went to buy a remaining stock hoodie and a beanie today...it came out to be like 40 bucks. I kept entering my mom's credit card info and it the site was sketching out. The whole sites been weird because of the crazy traffic but this is just trash... She called me just now and said she got 20 charges from them for like over $500? I'm wondering if i just clicked the place order button too many times or if someone is on some serious tech shit fucking with my mom's card (btw im a 17 y.o female so dont hate for using mommy's cash, it's for xmas)

The worst part is that she won't let me get anymore jiberish ever cause she's pissed :( she's gotta cancel all the orders...even the shit i wanted originally.

IM MAD. I WANT MY HOODIE AND MY BEANIE. FIX THIS JIBERISH.

Why would you keep clicking it if it didn't work? Mine took about 5 minutes and I just waited patiently for it to go through. Learn to use a computer before you go buying shit and this won't happen.

I guess i have to be more specific, when i went to enter the purchase it told me the security code on the card was wrong, which it was not. Every time i tried typing it in it would delete itself if i clicked outside the box. I only tried to make the purchase a bunch of times is because it told me I entered the card information incorrectly. I did not. I don't know why everyone is jumping down my throat. all i wanted was to see if other people had difficulty so i could determine if it was the site being glitchy or if someone got my mom's credit card info.

They charge your account first, jiberish will decline it and the charges will be erased from your credit card in like 3-5 days

it wasn't an issue of impatience...they told me i entered the card info incorrectly which I did not..it's all figured out now though...i know how to use the interwebs.. stop shitting on me D:

same thing happens all the time at work. customers get a payment error then try again, but the first attempt placed an authorization on the account, which is NOT the same as a charge, it was just checking the account for funds. the extra authorizations will disappear within 3-5 business days, usually once the item actually is shipped.

this is the case where i work and im guessing its similar on all online payment platforms.
