Stept Hoodie size?

I want to get one for my friend for christmas, however I don't know how Stept hoodies size compared to other hoodies .He's 5'11 and like his hoodies about 2-3 inches above the knees for skiing. please help me out! Will be much appreciated

Get him the 3xl, that's what I have and I am 5'10. The sweatshirt is about 3 inches above my knees
