hey mods and/ or admins why don't we all come together and agree that the search bar sucks and it needs to fixed,the inaccuracy of the search bar is literally the worst, i search how to post pictures and post your best self comes up, if you search secret santa a three asking if you still believe in santa comes up, as a donator (i know it docent show my symbol yet) i think this needs to be fixed

You've been here five days. Don't complain about the searchbar because you can't be bothered to put any effort in before creating a stupid thread.

Everyone knows the searchbar sucks, and everyone knows the admins know. It's on their list, but it's a very long list. In the meantime we can just use google, search like:

site:"www.newschoolers.com" *insert search here*

and you'll get a good search. Now go away.

The searchbar is perfectly functional, it just has certain requirements:

Must be at least a 3 letter word(I'm not positive about this one but I think it's the case)

If you use more than one word both of those words get searched for, e.g if you typed in photoshop you'd end up with threads with only photoshop in the title, and if you typed in wallisch you'd end up with threads with only wallisch in the title, though if you type wallisch photoshop you'd end up with all of the results combined.

i know this you dick wad but the thing is why would we need to incorporate google in newschoolers when the search bar could just be fixed... so before you tell me to go away why don't you stop and think about something before posting shit responses

Its not as easy as just 'fixing it'. Its a big task.

We are totally conscious that search sucks, but we currently have higher priority items. One day we'll do it up right.

Yeah and I also want to add that we're really sorry the search is so bad. Hell, I have trouble finding my own stuff on here. ;)
