Backstory: I have(had) a pair of Head SL skis that had delaminating edge. I sent them to the store of purchase, ARTECH. The skis had a two-year warranty. ARTECH accepted them.
Okay, so I sent the pair of skis to ARTECH early August. ARTECH sent them to Head, and Head has had them ever since. I call ARTECH about every three weeks to get the status on these skis, and keep getting the answer of "We are waiting on Head." (inb4 sex jokes)
My question is, what the heck, season is already here: did Head just fuck me over? What is the usual waiting period for replacement skis?
Sparknotes: Head has had my skis in warranty for over three months, they keep claiming they are on it. What is going on?
