Video Production Manager
Outside is hiring a video-production manager for its fast-growing website.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop Outside Online's video content, including the editorial, creative, and strategic direction.
• Work closely with Online and Print Editorial teams to develop original videos.
• Manage all original-video projects from pre- to post-production.
• Manage freelance video producers to aggregate content on Outside Online.
• Manage deadlines and workflow of video assets/stream, including both original videos and acquired videos.
• Build Outside Online's video presence and promote across all social-media platforms.
• Must be proficient in Photoshop and Final Cut Pro.
• Important: This position is based in Santa Fe, NM -- sorry, no telecommuting.
