Avy beacon q&a

I've noticed a fair bit of discussion about various beacons in a couple different threads now (especially the at thread). I thought it would be a good idea to have a place for questions regarding beacons, in a more factual environment. I am biased towards knowledge with baryvox beacons, as I have connections with people involved in their production, but would like to offer the ability to answer any of your questions about beacons that I possibly can. And if there are any questions that cannot be answered in will try and get that information from those people who work with beacons for a living. I am not trying to say which beacon is best in any way. I am just hopefully ng to clear up the queries of ns.
