So i've been doing some backyard rails with normal skis but i recently got a pair of snowblades. I was wondering if it would be better to practice 270s and 450s with snow blades?
idk, in the summer i wanted to practice rails because i couldnt do them for shit the year before, but we didnt have a drop in so we found some old snowbaldes sitting in my friends garage, strapped em on and ran at the rail, jumped on and slid. if anything it definitely helped my balance on rails but i don't really think they help you for spins because the swing weight is completely different. and yea i definitely looked like an idiot im pretty sure my friend has a video on his phone
it makes landings and balance on rails a bit easier imo. i often switch between the two. i feel like its good to be good with whatever you put under your feet
