Replying to make a section for pictures that are going in threads

You know how when you post a picture in a thread that you made yourself you always have trouble deciding which catagory to put it in to piss people of the least? I propose a section under pictures made so that you could upload pictures to it instead of putting them in 'jumps' or 'rails' and getting bitched out for it? What do you think?
