I love the GTR, been a fan for years and will hopefully purchase one later in life.

Personally I'm not a huge fan of this new look that's "sharper". I sorta like the 2013/14 look better being a bit smoother and rounder, but I guess I'll have to look in person to be a judge of that.

Nonetheless crazy epic car, can't wait to see it in person

even though id never buy a GTR (unless they get cheap, if you can buy one in the 20's in 5 years or so then id consider it) i could totally see myself, if i had the money, and if they made one, buying a wagon version, IMO it'd make more sense to me. in coupe form its too disconnected and i dont like that its AWD, but in wagon form im ok with all of that, i dont want some RWD pure sports car in wagon form, i want a fast, stable, comfortable enough, AWD, fun to drive at 8/10ths kind of car, which i think the GTR is perfect for. it'd make a sweet ski car.

Guess im a tad late to my own party here haha, but its a dream car of mine and not that far out of reach comparably to most super cars i feel also considering it surpasses most of them in performance, I personally like the boxier look, that and the reasoning behind it just makes the car that much better imo

The mods probably have better things to do than search every single thread for bad words and ban the ignorant dipshits that post them. PM one if it's really bothering you, but otherwise just ignore it and move on.

Honestly it looks exactly like the current model. If I was a Nissan exec, I'd fire everyone and tell them to go not work on the 911.

My best friend has a 911 GT3. Compared to the GTR it's way way different. The Gt3 is a straight up race car. Hardly and electronics. You really get the feeling that YOU are the one controlling the car. It will get sideways in a snap of a finger. It truly is a joy to drive, amazing steering, handling, and brakes. Power wise...it rips, considering it's a n/a 6 cylinder.
I saw one of my old high school buddies over the summer. He has a 2010 GTR. He let me take it for a spin. The car has intake, exhaust, down pipes, and a tune. It straight up rips.....The car is much more computer controlled, and you can feel the awd making corrections for you around turns. But the car really handles like a bad mofo, and has wicked acceleration.
Take a look at AMS Alpha GTR, hahaah, its INSANE. Destroys almost everything, from zr1vettes, to viper's, and pretty much all exotics.
