so i bought the new Armada Al dentes. And i picked up today and my friend who doesn't ski came with me and asked me what what they were called. So I told him al dente and he goes isn't that a type of noodle?

Do i have special needs for just realizing it now that they named the most buttery ski Al dente cuz its a noodle?

op is so dumb that saying he has downs is insulting to people who actually have downs.

Comparing op's intelligence with a banana's would be more accurate, but even then I think the banana wins. Banana's convenient to eat and are a great source of potassium. Op is not.

Al dente is not a type of noodle. It's a term used to describe how cooked pasta is. It means the pasta is just right, or still a little firm and not floppy. Armada probably called the ski the al dente because they wanted a catchy name and something that described how the skis were just right.

I got to meet he guy who came up with the name he is the armada rep for western Canada cool guy and yea it means pasta that is perfectly cooked soft but not mushy/ still firm. I have a pair of them and after skiing them for a bit I can say that the name is quite fitting.

C) to answer your original question... yes. You have special needs. These include, but are not limited to, pardoning yourself before you post to NS, realizing that "special needs" isn't an insult -- had you been born differently you would be in that category -- and yes, finally, knowing what is appropriate to post to NS and what isn't.

al dente is the traditionally way of cooking pasta in italy it means slightly underdone (hard and crunchy) i dont know why the hell they would name the flexiest ski something that means hard but they did..
