So I came on this website today to find an article talking about the average age of users:

I propose a change to the site to eliminate much of the immaturity, useless answers and 'trolling'. Many users of Reddit will know the upvote/downvote system - this allows the best, most helpful answers to rise to the top, and the stupid ones die out.

I think this would massively help the site, and likely attract more users - users that are pushed to other sites such as Reddit, TGR and Ski the East because they can't get the answers they want here.

Ski related threads get good replies this is a good website any time I have asked for ski related info people have been good and helpful.  THe other part of the message boards are general fucking around and its OK to attack other posters so its fun to post on.  Serious message boards where you can't curse someone out are boring and stale.

There are so many "immature" kids on NS and so many useless answers it would be almost impossible to eliminate all the "immature" kids. Plus most of NS is what OP considers to be "immature" so the amount of active NS users would decrease significantly
